I've done this work at Northworks Architects, Bulley & Andrews and The Gettys Group, from virtual reality walkthroughs that let clients explore a home before it was built, to construction models and hospitality interiors.

Examples
An existing hospital captured with LiDAR scans and rebuilt from its rasterized floor plans as a scale-accurate Revit model, then brought into Unreal Engine for real-time visualization with PBR materials and ray tracing. The whole building could be walked through in VR.
At Northworks Architects I turned the floor plan and materials board for Ravinia Brewing's taproom into a 3D model in Unreal Engine, with its brick, wood, lighting and furniture, set up so the design could be walked through in VR.

A prototype built at The Gettys Group: a multi-vendor catalog of hotel furniture where every item has an interactive 3D model alongside its spec and compliance pages, a portal for vendors, and a real-time digital-twin room built in three.js.
Tools I built at The Gettys Group for its interior design team. A photo of an existing hotel room is broken down into edge and depth maps with ControlNet, so every generated concept keeps the room's exact layout. Designers could explore dozens of directions, edit details in place with inpainting, and swap in approved furniture with custom-trained LoRAs.
I've modeled buildings and spaces since 2017: virtual reality walkthroughs of homes before they were built, construction models on commercial projects, and hospitality interiors. The village pictured is a recent personal piece, generated entirely with Python code driving Blender.
A LEGO kit design web app. You describe what you want and Brickley, the studio's AI agent, builds it live in 3D from 698 real LEGO part molds. It checks that every stud actually connects, then produces a priced parts kit, a BrickLink list and an instruction booklet. A live product with a paid plan.
